This Book Club is a private moderated community of practice to support two sets of activities.

The first  is to contribute to co-creating useful books. Over 2023-2024, we worked on "Everyday Habits for Transforming Systems." After a year of energetic, generous, and thought-provoking conversations (visible in the hundreds of comments on these now-closed blog posts and Google Docs), this book is now in production and will be published by Berrett-Koehler on April 8, 2025. You can pre-order it here.

Over 2024-2025 we will be working on a second edition of "Collaborating with the Enemy, which will be published in November 2025. You can give your feedback on the first edition, including about your own experiences with working across differences, by filling in this survey. As before, all substantial contributors will be acknowledged by name in the printed book.

The second set of activities is to contribute to these books being used. Here is a second survey to get your input on how to get "Everyday Habits" into the hands of people who would find it useful.

If you're not already a member of this Book Club and would like to participate (and get emails about club activities including Zoom calls), please sign up here.

You can contact us by email here.

P.S. Adam has illustrated this page with photos of some of his favourite food fridge magnets.😀
