Tejaswinee helps groups to leverage the collective intelligence in their systems in order to build resilience and converge effectively in decision-making processes. Her experience in group process development and project management allows her to empathize with different perspectives and create safe spaces for multiple stories to co-exist. She has worked on social and organizational change issues in private-sector organizations, non-profits, activist movements, and academia.
Tejaswinee also has experience in developmental evaluation methods, and enjoys streamlining processes to make them intuitive and accessible for all those involved.
