Sydney Hayes

Sydney uses her diverse skill set to design and lead process-oriented interventions in fast-paced, changing environments. She has demonstrated experience in holding space for process and collaboration to unfold, both in-person and virtually. She is a disability rights advocate, entrepreneur, and process leader with experience in change processes driven towards more inclusive, equitable, and just futures for stakeholders and participants.

Sydney co-designed and facilitated the Cross-sector SDG Data Partnership as well as the London Community Response Learning, Unlearning and Thinking Partners project. She co-designed and offered tech support, interviewing, synthesis, and documentation on WWF Netherlands’ Horizon Scan Project. 

Originally from the United States, Sydney now calls Switzerland home. On the weekends you’ll find her out in nature for a hike or swimming in a lake with her husband, daughter, and Border Collie, Clifford.
