Rebecca Freeth

Rebecca is a dialogue facilitator, organisational development practitioner, and writer. She specialises in designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, scenario exercises, and social labs on issues that matter. She pays particular attention to power and the dynamics of change. Rebecca has a PhD in Sustainability Science, which looked at overcoming the challenges of collaboration in diverse research teams.

Rebecca led facilitation on the Southern Africa Food Lab project, acted as scenario editor on the Future of Land Reform in South Africa, and facilitated and designed various sessions of the Reimagining INGOs project. 

Rebecca enjoys the simpler things in life; she lives in a house near the sea.
