Paul Hackenmueller

Paul specialises in bringing diverse groups together to engage on shared challenges. He is well versed in leading teams through change and growth by focusing attention on relationships and belonging. Paul has extensive experience growing strong collaborative partnerships through trust and capacity building in key areas such as conservation, equity, colonization, sovereignty, and governance.

Prior to joining Reos, Paul managed the Path to Prosperity, an award-winning entrepreneurial development competition, and served as program director at Spruce Root, Inc., a leading rural micro-finance institution. 

In his free time, Paul can be found in the mountains and going on adventure walks with his family.
