With a background in marketing and communications, Mpinane brings a unique advocacy lens to Reos' project work. Her skills include project and stakeholder relations management, communications and advocacy, strategy development, reporting (including synthesising qualitative information), coaching, and facilitation.

Mpinane has played leading and supporting roles in various projects with the United Nations (RC Global Meeting), The Global Energy Alliance for People and planet (GEAPP), MSF'S Dismantling Structural Racism (MSF DSR), UNAIDS Global Strategy development along with key local projects that hold themes of climate change, sustainability, education, race, strategy development and capacity building.
