Michelle Parlevliet
Michelle is a Senior Associate based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Michelle is a process facilitator, peacebuilding practitioner, and writer who works with diverse groups and organisations to bring about social change. She brings 25 years’ experience in the design and facilitation of dialogue, strategic reflection and learning processes, having worked at community, national, and international levels in Southern and East Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Her substantive expertise focuses on peacebuilding, conflict prevention, human rights, access to justice, transitional justice, and development. Michelle was a core part of the facilitation team for the Cyprus Transformative Scenarios Project. She also co-facilitated the Changing Justice Gears project in the Netherlands.
While living in South Africa and Nepal, Michelle developed a love for outdoor activities and regularly plays frisbee with her dog in the Netherlands.
