Katrien Rommens

Katrien enjoys facilitating safe spaces where crucial conversations can happen. She dares to reveal the elephant in the room so it can be discussed. She brings a wide range of experience from the corporate world in the areas of personal, team and leadership development as well as the facilitation of large group processes.

Katrien facilitated the Transformative Scenarios Process for the North Netherlands and the TSP process on Possible Futures of Drug-related Criminality in Tilburg.  She has designed and facilitated numerous UN country team retreats (Morocco, Burkina Faso, Togo and  Uzbekistan) as well as co-designing and co-facilitating the Re-imagining of the Role of Irish (development) NGOs to build back better.

She is an avid reader, intrigued by (human) nature, and tries to be on her yoga mat on a regular basis, but will probably remain an absolute beginner for the rest of her life. Art journaling is her latest creative discovery.
