Jotham Sietsma

Jotham is a facilitator, coach, and consultant dedicated to helping people and initiatives work better together for a more meaningful impact. He focuses on changing perspectives and building relationships in positive and engaging learning environments. Jotham brings strategic thinking, creative design, attentive listening, and effective networking to any process or project.

With over 15 years of experience in civil society, arts and culture, education, democracy, climate, and health across Europe, West Asia, and North Africa, Jotham specializes in impactful collaborations and organizational transformation. He aims to support diverse voices by connecting NGOs, funders, institutions, and networks.

Jotham holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Amsterdam, where his thesis explored the complexities of exporting democracy. After moving away from diplomacy, he co-founded cooking schools in Amsterdam and Istanbul and continues to appreciate good food for its ability to bring different people together. Jotham enjoys life with his family in Leipzig, Germany.
