Gian Paul Ganzoni is an Organizational Development Strategist, building his contributions on his experiences in Human Resources, Strategy Development, Facilitation and Coaching. His passion to “enable organizations and individuals to succeed” is the driving force people appreciate, leveraging Nature as a source of inspiration.

His substantive experience builds on Organisational Development, Human Resources, Biomimicry and Facilitation. Gian Paul was a core part of the team supporting the institutional development of a foundation in the United Arab Emirates.

While living in Switzerland, Gian Paul loves to cook for his family, run in the forests, volunteer as an emergency psychological caregiver and lead a horse club.
