Elias Mouawad

Elias Mouawad is a foresight and innovation consultant helping organizations develop strategies, implement innovation programs, and catalyze ecosystems for systemic change. He has led research, sensemaking, and scenario development for international organizations in the humanitarian and development sectors, supporting teams in navigating uncertainty.

Informed by complexity and design approaches, Elias facilitates participatory processes that harness collective intelligence, enabling organizations to build adaptive capacities, experiment with new models of collaboration, and integrate innovation to drive transformation.

He leads the MENA Chapter Lead of the Pledge Network, advancing the United Nations Declaration on Future Generations in the region. 

Elias is an avid reader and an amateur diver.
