David Winter

David is a designer and facilitator of participatory multi-stakeholder group processes and an organisational development practitioner. He has extensive experience advising on the strategic intervention design of initiatives and loves supporting groups in developing new solutions by applying agile innovation techniques.

David was the team leader for the first phase of the social lab to re-imagine international NGOs and helped facilitate the development of eight prototypes to re-design the relationships between donors, international NGOs and local civil society organisations.

He is the project lead to support inclusive digital governance in the MENA region through learning festivals and social labs and was the project manager for a transformative scenario process on the future of Myanmar.  

David loves spending time with his family and being in nature. Previously, he co-developed a drama on the intergenerational trauma of grandchildren of war.
