Audrey's work sits at the intersection of complexity, governance, and human behaviour. She facilitates systemic transformation in complex settings by supporting teams and leaders in building a shared understanding, making tough decisions, and creating practical ways of working together.
Her background in clinical psychology and public policy supports a dual focus: the human dynamics in the room and the structures around the work. Her work has therefore often bridged policy and practice, diplomacy and community, and structure and empathy. Over the past 15 years, she has worked across health, STEM education, and diplomacy, building partnerships across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Professionally, she is drawn to work that takes power, inclusion, and accountability seriously, especially projects exploring decolonial and equity-centred approaches to governance and collaboration. She cares about designing ways of working that avoid extractive dynamics and deliver genuinely shared, sustainable outcomes.
Personally, she cares about supporting young African women leaders, strengthening agency through the stories they tell about themselves and our communities, and living in ways that reflect justice, compassion, and environmental responsibility.
