With expertise in project and stakeholder relations management and strategy development, she brings a collaborative approach to addressing complex global challenges.

Mpinane has contributed to high-impact projects with organisations such as the United Nations, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), and Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), focusing on themes such as dismantling structural racism and capacity building. 

She has led multi-stakeholder initiatives in climate justice, energy, and international health, designing and facilitating collaborative solutions across sectors.

Adam Kahane is a Director of Reos Partners.

He is an internationally renowned organiser, designer and facilitator of complex and conflictual multi-stakeholder processes through which business, government, and civil society leaders collaborate to address such challenges. 

Adam has worked in more than fifty countries with executives and politicians, generals and guerrillas, civil servants and trade unionists, community activists and United Nations officials, clergy and artists. 

He is also a best-selling author of six books about this work, is a Member of the Order of Canada, and in 2022, he was named a Schwab Foundation Social Innovation Thought Leader of the Year at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
