We help you challenge the status quo, together
For over twenty years, the Reos Partners team has pioneered and practiced a rigorous set of approaches that help people make progress on complex, stuck societal challenges.
Our approach opens and creates paths to crucial systemic transformations. The starting point is a diverse coalition that wants to transform the status quo, together.
Radical collaboration for systems change
Collaboration from the global to interpersonal level is necessary to tackle the most complex societal challenges we face. This collaboration must bridge divides, embrace uncertainty and bring diverse strengths to the table – we call it “radical collaboration” and it’s at the heart of how we work.
Radical collaboration is inclusive, cooperative, and responsive, enabling diverse stakeholders to work together across differences to deliver fast, big, and fair results on societal issues at scale.
With our support, diverse, multi-stakeholder groups can learn to work together to unlock the potential of their system and create three types of outcomes:
Collaborative alliances
Stakeholders shift from being unwilling or unable to work together, to building their capacity to work together across differences.
Systemic insights
Stakeholders shift from seeing and understanding only part of what’s going on, to broadening and deepening their understanding of what’s happening and could happen.
Transformative actions
Stakeholders shift from acting in a way that keeps things the way they are, to acting in a way that fundamentally changes what’s happening.
Working with Reos pushed my team to think in new ways about our work and to re-examine our long-term vision. Their creative approaches enabled us to have conversations we were not used to having and to imagine fresh possibilities.

We’re guided by four practices
Systemic approach enabling you to make a real impact
We help you re-perceive your situation with a systemic perspective and identify root causes and critical leverage points for change, thereby unblocking polarised situations to make a real impact.
Collaborative approach enabling you to move forward together
An individual can’t make societal change alone. With our guidance, you can mobilise diverse stakeholders in processes that lead to creating new realities, enabling groups to move beyond debating and negotiating toward working together to transform systems.
Experimental approach enabling you to create new responses
Purposeful experimentation is essential to developing solutions that can be scaled and replicated. Using our innovative strategies, you can develop clearer intentions and create new responses to your societal challenge.
Partnership approach enabling you to make progress with confidence
We walk alongside you as trusted guides, acknowledging how our work links with your existing processes. By offering expert advice and co-designing tailored solutions, we equip you with the knowledge and tools to confidently make transformative and actionable progress.
The five key ingredients to make
transformational change
A cross-system team
A team of influential, insightful actors representative of the system’s many facets is essential to ensure you consider all perspectives.
Skilled guides
Expert facilitators will help you navigate your way through complex and confusing problems, overcome conflict and move toward collaboration.
A strong container
Providing a safe and structured space for your team to do their work encourages experimenting with new ways of talking and acting.
The right resources
Social, human, and financial resources must be available at the scale of the challenge you’re trying to solve.
A generative approach
From their heads to their hearts and hands, enable breakthrough results with a creative, experimental method that engages your team's whole selves.
Diversity is the solution, not the problem
From politicians to business people, community leaders to activists, artists to trade unionists and more, diversity may feel like the problem, but it’s at the heart of collaborative problem-solving.
Many more diverse people and organisations need to collaborate to tackle societal challenges at all scales.
Bringing together different positions, perspectives, and powers, this diversity can help you see more clearly and navigate better through complex and confusing terrain.
