Webinar: Four Approaches to Dismantling Structural Racism
Following the recent publication on ‘Dismantling Structural Racism in Organisational Systems’ in the journal of Awareness Based Systems Change, join us in an interactive webinar as we deep dive into four practical approaches to dismantling structural racism in our organisations.
ABOUT THE WEBINAR
Systemically addressing racism in organisations requires a shift in societal norms, beliefs and values. At Reos, part of our systems change work includes supporting our clients in addressing and dismantling structural racism in their organisational systems. Through this work we are learning about the complexity of these efforts.
Join this webinar for a deep dive into four practical approaches to dismantling structural racism, and explore how we might change the culture that drives and guides our organisational systems.
