About
Tshegofatso is passionate about dialogue as an intricate tool to leading systemic transformation. She is interested in creating spaces that allow for the equality of voices. It is her belief that all voices are integral to having a systemic understanding of a problem. At Reos, she is responsible for assisting client projects, operations and communication.
With a background in International Relations and English Literature, she is particularly concerned with governance and development in Africa. One question that keeps her up at night is: ‘what informs the progression or the stagnation of a society?’ She believes that her work in Reos will bring her closer to answering this question.
Tshegofatso spends her time reading, writing and tutoring disadvantaged learners. She leads change through education in her immediate environment.
