Tom Goubert brings more than twenty years of experience in change and leadership in various types of organizations. Through this work, he has gained expertise and knowledge about how different types of organizations and processes function, and what the inherent possibilities for evolution are. He builds this experience in his multi-stakeholder work in wider systems. He is constantly amazed by the fascinating interaction between personal change and systems change, and by real dialogue as an antidote for polarization.
