Paul is motivated by bringing together diverse groups of people to engage on shared challenges.
About
Paul has experience leading innovative collaborative partnerships through growth and transformation by focusing attention to relationships and belonging, particularly during moments of uncertainty caused by external change. He has worked on issues ranging from conservation, equity, colonization, sovereignty, trust, capacity development and governance through to resourcing, and how these all impact the ability of partners to collaborate. Through attentive facilitation and capacity building, he has seen how meaningful systemic impacts arise from small shifts in collaborative practice.
Paul has also managed an award-winning entrepreneurial development competition and developed programs at an emerging leading rural micro-finance institution. A recurring theme through his work is the unleashing of peer wisdom to enable breakthroughs for both the individual and the group.
