Nikhil Dugal’s role at Reos Partners includes designing and facilitating whole system teams to help create transformative change. He is an advocate of systems thinking, and draws from a diverse set of experiences as a former social entrepreneur who has worked in the US, India and the UK.
Previously, Nikhil led the creation of the Systems Change Observatory at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, a community of practice and long-term empirical study of the pathways to systems change among the world’s largest social enterprises. From 2014-17, he ran Aadhan Infrastructure, building sustainable infrastructure for public and private sector organizations in India. Prior to that, he worked with IFMR-LEAD, a development economics research centre, where he handled stakeholder outreach and short-term policy research projects. He is a Skoll scholar and has published research on macroeconomics, impact evaluation and microfinance.
