Bangani Ngeleza

Bangani is an experienced facilitator who supports organisations in achieving results through the innovative application of strategic management principles. He specialises in organisational development, policy design, implementation, strategic planning, management, and environmental consulting.

In addition to working with Reos Partners, he serves as the Principal Technical Advisor at the Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC), a government component of the National Treasury in South Africa. There, he manages projects and provides organisational development support to government departments that work in social development, education, skills, and labour.

He has served as chairperson of a panel of experts that advises the Minister of Higher Education and Training on improving the planning and implementation capabilities of Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) tasked with enhancing the development of skills in different sectors of the South African economy. He has supported a number of institutions with culture and change-management processes.

Bangani has an environmental background with a focus on climatology and has designed and evaluated environmental and sustainable development initiatives across Africa. He has also done extensive development work in the Middle East.
