Mariana supports and accompanies people and groups who seek to transform problems and conflicts into creative force and social change processes.

About

Mariana Miranda believes in the transformative power of multi-stakeholder dialogue and brings creativity, innovation and strategy for meaningful dialogue and problem solving. For more than 15 years, she has supported social and institutional development by promoting multi-stakeholder engagement and strengthening public-private initiatives. Informed by her background in theater and cinema, Mariana’s work combines continuous learning, qualified listening, and systemic cooperation in building integrated solutions to complex challenges. Mariana has been a volunteer educator in prisons in São Paulo, has been involved in community education and women’s empowerment projects, and has led cultural projects in Brazil, the UK, Denmark, Malawi, and Mozambique. Her multidisciplinary training has been a living laboratory for personal growth and professional development, especially regarding management, facilitation, and dialogue.
