About
Mariam Semaan is a Reos partners associate based in Beirut, Lebanon. She is a multi disciplinary, human centered design strategist. She designs and facilitates multi-stakeholder processes and Innovation Labs across industries, from migration and refugees to justice, media development, social innovation, banking and the creative economy. Being trilingual, Mariam facilitates in English, Arabic and French. Mariam is also a leadership development coach, dedicated to supporting high potential individuals to become more impactful, thoughtful and complex leaders of their communities through customized learning journeys. She is a certified Leadership Circle Profile coach, as well as a Growth Edge Interview practitioner. Mariam studied law, journalism and communication and worked for more than 10 years as a journalist. In 2012 she was the first Lebanese to be awarded the John Knight Fellowship for Media Innovation from Stanford University in California and was an instructor at the Stanford d.school and at the Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts (Alba).
