About
Marcelo Castilho is a researcher and consultant focused on developing innovative teams, based on social networks and communities of experts and non-experts. During a 22-year career in the Brazilian commercial vehicle sector, he developed deep knowledge of strategic innovation, project management, and product design.
Marcelo uses various diagnostic models to understand multi-stakeholder social relationships. These include the Ten Dimension Innovativeness Model, conflict resolution tools from Trigon Entwicklungsberatung, and Marcelo’s own set of Industrial Design methodologies. Marcelo teaches design and business at the Pontifical Catholic University of Parana. He is also the co-author of several books on creativity and design.
