Lorna enables Reos Partners to deliver large-scale projects, manages events and supports communications.
Having spent seven years supporting operations in the Reos Partners Southern African office, Lorna is now an associate of the Reos office in Geneva (working from the UK). She is responsible for the management of events and projects, most recently the Reos Learning Festival in Geneva (2018). She project managed the Violence Against Women Social Lab, and the Land Reform Futures scenarios in the South African office. With over a decade’s experience of running multi-million Rand projects, organising large events and devising communications strategies in the social-change space, Lorna brings an eye for detail, a steadfast commitment to supporting partners and clients and a passion for working with authentic and courageous engagement.
An experienced communications specialist and project manager, Lorna spent 10 years in South Africa building a career around supporting people work together in high-stakes and low-trust environments. She now lives in the UK where she is completing a Masters in psychotherapy, deepening her understanding of how to work with personal and cultural trauma and how to support people to bring about positive change in their lives and work.
