Jessica Fan has deep expertise as an innovation specialist, design thinking educator, and technology entrepreneur. She empowers systems leaders with methodologies and tools to help pinpoint problems, develop creative solutions, and turn ideas into action. She particularly enjoys the challenge of helping teams in low-resourced, low-certainty contexts.
Jessica has years of experience designing human-centered services and technologies. She was a Founding Partner of JourneyCX – a consultancy specializing in innovation capacity building for clients including Telus, RBC, and CIBC. Passionate about education and bringing down cultural barriers, she founded Penyo Pal and SnapLingo, two language technology companies with more than 1 million global users. Jessica began her career working with leading-edge technology and design teams at Adaptive Path and Google.
