Jessica deftly navigates organizations while influencing and executing meaningful change. She serves as an ardent advocate for justice.
Having lead change in complex institutions for nearly two decades, Jessica served as the inaugural chief of staff for a newly established cabinet-level agency in the State of Ohio and was later charged with reimagining a critical department in higher education. The result of these dual roles was a culture of accountability, refreshed critical relationships, the restoration of reputations with a diverse set of clients, and ultimately delivering on behalf of students.
Jessica offers keen skills in understanding organizational challenges and mapping creative solutions. She has designed and facilitated thought-provoking experiential sessions on dismantling racism across education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. She has also developed and presented trainings addressing systems of power, cultural competence, leadership development, and the important work of violence de-escalation for law enforcement.
Combining her formal education, hands-on experience, and fearless compassion for people, Jessica’s inherent and unique ability to develop relationships contributes to meaningful impact.
