Giovanni facilitates processes that stimulate and enable attention, insight, learning, envisioning, and contribute to nurturing relationships between people and with nature.

About

Giovanni Sgobaro is a Senior Associate in the European Office. He has always been fascinated and puzzled by us humans, our behaviour, and the way we relate to each other and with the amazing planet that hosts us. Giovanni facilitates dialogues that aim at developing strategies and solutions for people to live in sustainable balance with nature, and to build organisations and societies that respect and thrive on diversity.

Attracted by both narratives and numbers, he loves to listen to stories, read, observe, and “move” within human and natural systems, concerned about their fragility and ever surprised by their resilience, adaptability and creativity. His approach is characterised by observing and understanding before intervening, and he loves to support transformative action and entrepreneurship.
