Dinesh creates environments in which people can openly share experiences. He believes that if we find effective ways of speaking and listening, then our actions will reflect that.
Dinesh’s expertise is in discovering the challenges within complex systems and designing processes to address them. He has experience in strategic corporate planning, facilitating community conversations, problem-solving in engineering facilities, and learning about—and replicating—great work in municipalities and government. He’s led scenario planning in South Africa and Ghana, conducted environmental impact evaluations, and contributes to developing the new crop of African leaders.
Dinesh’s work has spanned South Africa, various other African countries, and the USA. He blends engineering and analytical approaches with the subtler arts of contemplation and listening.
Dinesh recently worked on an organizational development process in a world-class central bank. He helped to listen to the views of all and synthesize the perspectives into a holistic story, which became the basis for taking further steps forward.
