Bia is a member of the EcoSocial Institute (www.ecosocial.com.br), an anthroposophical network of consultants focused on individual and organizational development. She also works as a trainer for the Ethos Institute of Social Responsibility (www.ethos.org.br), a non-profit organisation in Brazil focused on mobilizing, sensitizing and helping companies to manage their business in a way that is socially responsible, and which enables them to be partners in building a more just and sustainable society.
Bia graduated with a degree in Psychology from São Paulo University and has a Masters degree in Sustainability in Business Practice from the University of Bath, UK. She also has specializations in anthroposophy and group facilitation. Exploring diversity through being in different places with different people and challenges is one of her passions.
