LeAnne helps diverse groups of people act together to address issues they are frustrated with and passionate to change.
LeAnne Grillo creates the conditions for people to connect in meaningful ways through learning journeys, project and meeting management, and workshop facilitation. In her work with Reos Partners, she has contributed to a range of projects using the Change Lab and U-Process methodologies, including a community healthcare initiative in Columbus, Ohio, a Fortune-50 corporate transformation process in Europe, and the global Sustainable Food Lab. She continues to work with the Sustainable Food Lab and its new Sustainability Impacts Lab, which focuses on sustainable sourcing, is involved in several of Reos’ health care projects, directs Camp Snowball, a capacity and community building event for K-12 educators and students, and is a founder and faculty member for the Academy for Systems Change.
LeAnne taught in the Meeting and Events Programme at Northeastern University and volunteers for Girl Scouts, just completing terms on Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts’ Board of Directors. It has always been important to her to work with values-based, mission-based organizations, and she is committed to helping girls grow into confident, competent, and caring young women.
