Overview
Reos supported an effort by a large and diverse group of Colombian leaders—from government, the political establishment and its opposition, companies, trade unions, media, universities, and other civil society groups—to work together on a national agenda to address their country’s serious and long standing social, political, economic and environmental divisions and challenges.
The aim of this effort was to create a future for Colombia that is more peaceful, prosperous, equitable and inclusive of all of its citizens.
This work involved national and regional fora, together with teams working on specific challenges related to of land, ethics and values, economic development, national consensus, environment, justice, and a democratic and law-based state.
This work built on the national Destino Colombia scenario dialogue we led in 1996-7 and the Dialogos por Colombia workshop we led in 2007.
