Overview
Reos Partners led a process of designing and facilitating a change lab in the municipality of Midvaal, South Africa.
The challenge of children orphaned by the AIDS pandemic is changing the social fabric of South Africa’s communities.
The purpose of the lab was to build broad-based community capacity to support the needs of orphans and vulnerable children. This initiative featured a multi-sector approach to the challenges, taking the time to be in deeper collective learning for the needed change. The initiative is initiated and funded by the Hollard Foundation. The change lab was a one year process, with the intention to support the resulting innovations and initiatives over a three year period.
