In response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in late February 2022, PEN Ukraine, part of the PEN International network that aims to protect freedom of speech and expression, launched Dialogues on War. The series of conversations invites Ukrainian and foreign intellectuals to analyze the war from their professional backgrounds and perspectives.
In the May 16, 2022 episode, Reos Partners director Adam Kahane spoke with Liubov Tsybulska, founder of the Ukrainian Centre for Strategic Communication and Information Security. Tsybulska is an expert on hybrid threats in Ukraine whose work focuses on countering disinformation. They talk about the opportunities and challenges of communication in the midst of war.
