Fernando Rossetti

Fernando provides facilitation services and helps civil society organisations, networks, and movements build their capacity for change. With more than two decades of experience working with leading businesses, foundations, NGOs, and associations in Brazil and around the world, Fernando excels in sharing his facilitation skills and tools with large, complex and diverse groups, covering territories, themes and organisations.

Fernando has been a senior consultant with Reos Partners since 2017 and has led several projects in Brazil including the Education and Technologies Scenarios, a Study on the Impact of Covid-19 on Brazilian CSOs, and the Mapping of Brazilian SGBs (Small and Growing Businesses), for the country’s chapter of ANDE (Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs).

Fernando lives in a small village in Bahia, Northeastern Brazil, where he volunteers in community empowerment for social and environmental change.
